Honestly, babe, I know you're worried, but you really don't need to be. Yes, it may be a highly important meeting, but that doesn't have any bearing on how capable you are. You know what you're doing. I know you do.
You may think of a traffic jam, or any sort of delay in travel as an irritating, and inconvenient blemish on your day. But it doesn't have to be.
Why don't you stop for a moment and listen to my voice. Just let me take you through another way to think about such things. You may find yourself pleasantly surprised . . .
